- The MVR175/U/MED GE lamp may shatter and cause injury if broken.
- Dispose of the GE MVR175/U/MED lamp in a closed container.
- Do not use excessive force when installing the MVR175/U/MED GE lamp.
- Do not use the GE MVR175/U/MED lamp if outer glass is scratched or broken.
- Wear safety glasses and gloves when handling the MVR175/U/MED GE lamp.
- Unexpected GE MVR175/U/MED lamp rupture may cause injury, fire, or property damage.
- Do not exceed rated voltage.
- Do not store flammable materials near/below the MVR175/U/MED GE lamp.
- Do not turn on the GE MVR175/U/MED lamp until fully installed.
- Do not use beyond rated life.
